Under the last two things you did, when I say the image needs to be smaller, I mean the SVG image in proportion with that picture.
So the SVG image, so in this case, the A Wooden Cross image needs to be 90% smaller in reference to the background images.
So let's go back and then reduce the SVG in these images to 90%, but keep the images the same size.
